Bretton Woods Project
The Bretton Woods Project focuses on the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to challenge their power and open space for civil society and social movements to contribute to the development of policies that are gender transformative, equitable, environmentally sustainable and consistent with international human rights norms.
Where we work: UK and Europe
Focus areas: democratic governance, environmental sustainability, and human rights
Our Citizens for Financial Justice project
Infrastructure finance and the SDGs
Ensuring MDB approaches to Financing for Development work for the poorest.
The project seeks to engender a greater awareness in the wider European advocacy community and general public of the nexus between infrastructure, inclusive development and the SDGs – leading to the integration of this critical perspective into a variety of advocacy projects focused on multi-lateral development banks (MDBs) by European civil society organisations (CSOs).
